Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). This document announced certain CBP User Fees for Fiscal Year 2020.
The adjusted amounts of customs COBRA user fees and their corresponding limitations set forth in this notice for Fiscal Year 2020 are required as of October 1, 2019.
Among other Fees, Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) rate is still 0.3464% with a new minimum of USD 26.79 and a maximum of USD 519.76
