Happy Anniversary U.S. Customs!

On the 231st anniversary of the U.S. Customs Service, let's look at the flag! In 1799, Congress directed the flying of an ensign over revenue cutters & customhouses. The Customs ensign became the 1st official flag to represent a federal agency & it still represents CBP today.
